Martin obliterated Rogers' time at the second point.

Millar unclips on the final corner but keeps it up for provisional 5th. Lots of riders finding the combo of speed bump then last corner somewhat challenging... |

Ummm... not really. Looking at 1st time split :
| 2. | MARTIN Tony | 161 | OMEGA PHARMA-QUICK STEP | 00:20:25 | 00:00:04 | | 10. | ROGERS Michael | 7 | SKY PROCYCLING | 00:20:51 | 00:00:29 |
So the difference didn't change
Still that was expected. Last year Martin would have destroyed everyone by a lot more at 50km ITT.

Evans 1 minute down on Martin
And it looks like Wiggins will overtake him!

Porte way down at over 2 minutes. Only disappointment for Sky today so far but looks like Wiggins is catching Evans - fatest 2nd check as I type for Wiggo! |

So Wiggins definitely has the advantage in TDF when it comes to TT.
Great to see that Jurgen VDB's training worked out well, considering his good performance today.

Anyone still doubting Wiggins is a favorite for the Tour?

19 tough stages --->50 km ITT
4 flatish/hilly stages ---> 50 km ITT
There's a big difference

Does anyone think Evans going without water for 20k having a major effect on his performance?
