My small contribution is as follows:

Emanuel Kiserlovski

Nationality: Croatian
DoB: 03/08/1984

Don't know much about this fella', he rides for Loborka - Favorit, a continental team from Croatia, no notable results but could be a decent helper for Div2 teams. He was 14th in Tour of Qinghai lake last year.

Brother to Robert? If so I hope they end up in the same team, I like the feel of brothers riding for the same team Grin (Except for Schleck's, but that is more becuse I dislike them...)

The Baby Giro is currently underway. Well worth keeping an eye on the results for some good talents.

http://www.girobi...

Google translate gives a passable translation of what's happening each stage.

For example, Matthias Krizek (Austria) won from a small break with a good kick.

http://de.wikiped...ias_Krizek

Eugenio Bani (ITA) lead the bunch home so must have a decent turn of speed.

Stage 2 today.

Yes, brother Smile
Although I am not 100% certain, going through their bios, I've come across their place of birth, which is Cacak, Serbia (back when it was all Yugoslavia, and the fact that he was born here is one of the reasons I've added him).
It would be too much of a coincidence for both of them to be born in the same town, share a not so common last name, both be cyclists, and not brothers.
In France maybe, not here Grin

Jimmi Briceno (Venezuela)
He won the Vuelta al Tachira, ahead of the likes of Alarcon. He is also currently third in the rankings of the UCI America Tour. He has also had a few other top 10 finishes.

(sorry I can't find his date of birth, but I know he is 26).

Rajender Bishnoi - India - 12-07-1988

Good Indian talent, Bishnoi is just 23 but is already a national RR champion and has finished on the RR and TT podium multiple times. He was pipped to victory in the RR at the South Asian Games but he avenged his 2nd place by winning the TTT. He also came 2nd in the India Cyclothon among other results in Indian races. He is a talented sprinter, flat rider and TTer.

I haven't been of much use here, but I thought I'd give one suggestion at least. Found a guy who seems pretty talented.

Alexey Lutsenko - 07/09/1992 - Kazakhstan

Seems like mainly a sprinter, with the capacity to survive some climbs. Lots of Top 10 results this season in U23 races, and also a few podiums. Currently he's in Thüringen Rundfahrt, where he has been Top 10 on every stage so far, three times even Top 5. Also third overall Coupe de Saguenay, ahead of riders like Boily, Le Gac and Arndt.

I will suggest some Brazilians, even to have better options for my team!!!

2. Jose Eriberto Rodrigues - 15/04/1984 - Brazil

Not very young, but a very good climber/stage races.. He won Tour of Brazil 2011

3. Gregory Panizo - 12/05/1985 - Brazil
http://www.cqrank...derid=5390
Good for GC of stage races and good TT skills.. He won panamerican games in 2011

Mads Würtz Schmidt - 31/3/1994 - Denmark

One of the biggest junior talents out there. He won the time trial at the World Championships in Copenhagen last year, and he has been great so far this season as well. He won Paris - Roubaix for juniors in a superior way, riding solo the final 15 kilometers, and coming to the Velodrome alone.

HÃ¥vard Blikra - 2/11/1991 - Norway

A solid climber prospect. He started the season with 5th in Porec Trophy, before he got 4th on the first stage in Istrian Spring Trophy. He then got sick, but came back to racing in May, and got a top 10 in Rogaland GP. He then moved on to Tour of Norway, where he kind of impressed on the Queen stage, coming home in the 2nd group together with Dekker, Kroon, Vanmarcke and other pro riders. He ended Tour of Norway 17th overall.

August Jensen - 29/8/1991 - Norway

He won the Norwegian Championship for U23 today, after being in a breakaway of 9 riders. The group came down to 5 on the finishing kilometers, and he won the sprint for gold with ease. He also participated in Rogaland GP, for a national U23 team, where he got himself into the breakaway and battled for the climbing prize with Stake Laengen.

Fridtjof Røinås -/-/1994 - Norway

He won the Norwegian Championship for juniors today with a superb sprint. He and two others came together to the finishing line, but Røinås was in complete control in the sprint. He has stated himself he's a sprinter, but small of size, meaning he handles hills pretty well.

Mathias Frank - 09/12/1986
12th in the Tour de Suisse (6th last year), 10th in the Giro del Trentino, 4th in a stage of the Giro (from breakaway)

Patrick Schelling - 01/05/1990
http://www.cqrank...;current=0
Strong results in what looks like a good climbing race (Tour des Pays de Savoie, 4th overall, 2nd on a stage), although I know very little about the other races he has results in.

Jonathan Fumeaux - 07/03/1988
http://www.cqrank...;current=0
8th in the An Post Ras w/ a stage podium. 5th in the Tour de Bretagne, with a few good stage results. It looks like his results are in hills and sprints (short circuit races)

All are Swiss.

I already posted Wouter Wippert, roturn. Here are some more Belgians...

Niels Vandyck - 30/8/1990
Is a Belgian climber who rides for Jong Vlaanderen this year. He recently came 3rd on GC in a French 4 days stage race that took in a number of category 1 cols, and he won the queen stage that included 3 in a row right before a long descent to the finish. Not bad in the hills either, though he prefers longer stuff. He was also involved in the Quickstep training camp for talent young riders this year, so he clearly is a big prospect.

Jens Vandenbogaerde - 6/1/1992

Another rider for Jong Vlaanderen. A promising young time trialist (prologue specialist, really). As a junior he beat some of Belgium's best up-and-coming TT riders like Sean De Bie. Still has a long way to go, but can probably go quite far.

Brecht Ruyters - 14/5/1993

Yet another Jong Vlaanderen rider (hey, I've been updating their stats, okay...). Had 5 wins and 4 podiums last year, mostly in hillier terrain. He came 55th in the U23 Liege, which may not sound like much, but considering he is only 19 it isn't a bad effort.

And just to break up the constant waves of Belgians I'm throwing at you, here are a few different riders:

Robert Crampton - United Kingdom - 18/11/1992

People from the UK might know more about him. 4th in the Isle of Man Youth Tour (Junior race) but also 19th in a local race around Harelbeke that involved cobbles. He really doesn't seem like a natural-born cobbled rider, but possibly someone who could max out and be a solid domestique there?

Ethan Kimmince - Australia - 22/6/1992

A rider for the Omega Pharma Quickstep development team. Definitely a puncheur, being 7th at the U23 Liege. His best results have always come in hilly terrain, or even in slightly mountainous stuff (hasn't really raced in full on mountains yet though). Given his age and the fact that he is already getting these results, probably should have a high potential.

Gert Joeaar - Estonia - 9/7/1987

Has 4 victories in French naitonal races and 1 in a .2 race. Very talented puncheur who possess a strong enough kick to win on the uphill. Also 2nd in the Estonian TT championships last year - the only person within 2 minutes of Taaramae.

Martynas Maniusis - Lithuania - 16/8/1989

A puncheur who has been performing decently particularly in French races. Also rode in Paris-Roubaix Espoirs last year, but didn't do too well. But hey, at least he gave it a go Pfft

Darijus Dzervus - Lithuania - 20/7/1990

18th at the Tour of Berlin U23 race. Is not bad as a time trialist, and can hang on in the hills. Not really too promising but it is always good to have another name from these countries.

If you want more Eastern European riders, then I suggest htat you click through some names here:
http://www.wieler...Itemid=242

It is the United Baltic States tour from last year. Even if you just use it for names, it is a handy resource. In fact, the whole site is, if you have a billion hours to spend looking through everything.
