Please Help for PCM 2012 Database install

Hey Guys,
I just recently tried to download and install CrueTrue's PCM 2012 database, but for whatever reason, now that I try to run PCM 11, it does not work and simply crashes immediately. Would someone be kind enough to help troubleshoot and/or give some very detailed step by step instructions for downloading a database off of PCM daily to having it actually WORK in PCM 11.

Only thing you need to do is make sure you install it to the right folder. When asked which directory you want to install the DB, just click 'choose' and manually chose your game main folder (usually C:/Program Files/Cyanide).
Btw, when does the game crash, exactly?

It crashes a few seconds after pressing play on the very first, main menu. |

Did you install the database on a clean installation? Have you had any other databases installed before?
If yes, it's generally recommended to do a full reinstall of the game:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Delete the PCM-folder in Program Files/Cyanide
3. Delete the PCM-folder in My Documents
4. Delete the PCM-folder in Application Data (type in %AppData% in Run or in Start -> Search)
5. Install the game again
6. Install the latest patch
7. Install the 2012 DB V1

Oh, then nevermind what I said. Are you sure you have the latest patch before? The game worked before (I assume so, but just to make sure), right? Have you installed any other DB (and it worked)?

Yes, the game worked properly before, but this is the first new Database I've tried to install.
BTW- I checked, and it did install in the right folder.

I have the same problem as IvanGil. Already deinstalled the game once and then reinstalled it in c://program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager seizoen 2011/database
And that didn't work. Also tried it in the map c://program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager siezoen 2011
I have pcm 2010 and all the databases i've installed there are working. Does someone maybe know what i am doing wrong? |

With the pcm2010 i've installed it in the map c://program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2010
And when i'm doing that right now with pcm2011, the computer makes an other map called pro cycling manager season 2011 with all the things from the database |

During the installation, you have to select the path.
If it is in the wrong folder, you could copy everything from one folder to the other.
But it looks like you play PCM2010, so you should not install the DB for PCM2011.

I've played 2010 and now i am playing 2011 but with this new database it doesn't work. So i tried to install it, probably in the wrong folder (C://Program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2011/database). But i can copy the maps form the database (CM_Meshes and CM_Stages etc.) to the rigt folder (C://program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2011 ?) and replace the old maps in that folder?

Copy everything from one folder (C://Program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2011/database) to the other folder (C://program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2011)
When asked, let it integrate one folder into the other and let it replace the existing files.

hey guys is there any way of changing the race routes on a career i have already started. i already downloaded the new 2012 database and things like jerseys and pictures changed but im most interested in changing the routes.. help pleaseee |

i was playing with the original database the game brings and i downloaded PCM.daily's 2012 DB V1 and PCM.daily's 2012 DB V2 Public Beta - V1 Update. some stuff changed with the layout and stuff but im mostly interested on continuing this career but changing the routes. |
