PCM.Daily Favourite Jersey Contest

This is a voting style bracket game that will take place on this thread. Very basic and simple game yet fun to be a part of. Heres how it works, the bracket will be made up of 32 jerseys. To determine the 32 jerseys that make the bracket I will start off with a open vote in round (Like I did in Favourite Cyclist Season 2, exept I don't have any jerseys already in the bracket.) Once the 32 jerseys are chosen we will go to the head-to-head style format. During each match-up you can vote once. Where the jersey with the most votes moves onto the next round Leading up to the final match to decide PCM.Daily's Favorite Jersey. If you have any questions PM. Or it is encourage to just view the previous competitions as they follow the same format.
Each member is allowed to Vote In up to 5 jerseys, using this format:
Jersey Name (Year) - (And if possible provide a link the jersey's image)
Note:
- All jerseys MUST be actually cycling jerseys (not PCM game jerseys).
- Jerseys can be historically, they don't have to be current.
32 Jerseys with the Most Votes Make the Bracket

This looks like a crash and burn 
In a desperate attempt to save the contest I'm going to accept the first 32 jerseys posted, each member can nominate up to 5. And if I can't get 32 then I guess I will have to unwillingly cancel the contest  But no worries I will be back for the Favourite Cyclist in June
