right, so i'm playing 2012 DB v1, team Radioshack-Nissan. Easy financial difficulty, so my sponsor income is 714k per month wit 691k in rider salaries.
However when I try to renew some contracts they say that the board will only allow salaries up to 600k per month despite the fact that my sponsor income is 714k and I have saved up some money by winning some races. So where would I edit this salary cap? Cant find it myself.
Obviously I would like to keep A. Schlek, but his contract runs out at the end of the season and I can only offer him 10k per month which he of course woudnt accept anyway. Plus I would have to let a bunch of good helpers go. So im pretty much screwed i guess

That however doesnt solve the problem that i wont be able to replace guys that i wanna let go. I guess i'll just have to cut their wages i the editor. In beta version as far as i remember the salaries of radioshack where under 600k, i dont know why they are so high i v1. I actually wouldnt care if not the salary cap
