2012 DB including correct Bonus fitness

 I present my 2012 DB (based on PCM.daily's PublicBeta) with bonus fitness based on 2011 results so the game gets more realistic. Also some stats have been changed. Bonus fitness is correct not only for the best riders but also for riders such as Mathias Frank(Tour de Suisse), Oliver Zaugg(Lombardia), Thomas de Gent(Paris-Nice), Daniel Moreno(Vuelta), Christophe Kern(Dauphine) and many others.
