Hello,
Im a new comer and I cant find it on manual netiher search button even 
Question is :
1 During a scouting I have, I think 4 different levels of future for ex. no future etc. What others levels are ?
I saw it on PCM 2010 guide but not for 2011. is it a same ?
2 I used to play on dayily's epx. I have found a sponsor for my created team ( test just ) in May. But I could not find any more sponsor. Will be able to find 2nd sponsor next year ? On this forum its not clearly explained.
Morover, Differnt sponsors where interested to give me more o r less money form 6.500 to 4.500 mln for solo sponsoring. Whats better solo or not ? |

First of all, welcome to the forum 
Then, the search button is in the left column under Main Navigation. To your questions:
1. I'm not sure about the exact english terms since I play on German, but you're right, there are four levels:
Future Great
Promising
Interesting
No Future
2. Not every sponsor allows a secondary sponsor. So if you signed a contract with a sponsor that only acts as single sponsor, you won't be able to find a second sponsor until that contract expires.
Furthermore, those sponsors usually pay more money than sponsors who allow secondary sponsors. But with a secondary sponsor, you have another source of money. So there's no clear answer whether it's better to sign a solo sponsor (with a lot of money) or two sponsors (with a bit less money each). Depends.

1: it's the same as in PCM 2010.
2: the only thing i can say about that is that some sponsors don't wan't a secondary sponsor.

Of CTRL+F works good for search Now i got it.
Im old player ofr manager's game loke foorball, championship earlier some hokey manager FM Live etc.
Cycling is quite new for me but I ride a bike ( RTM http://www.ktm-bi...hp?lang=DE )
Im form Poland and every year I see cycling is less popular what bad because its a great sport...

P.S.From my experience this game needs a lot of work specialy from interface side . 3d is great - but manager options are limited and mountain stages are pain in the ass ;/ or maybe I just suck ?

Well at least in the start of a career it doesn't matter if you have 2 sponsors or 1, together they'll have the same 15 goals and give you the same money. Maybe it isn't the samr in a career? I wouldn't be surprised even if it seems kinda strange given Cyanide's amazing development of the sponsors feature

It is bad to have two sponsors.
At some point in the career both might leave your team in the same year, but you can only search one sponsor per year.

Yesterday I made a simulation till I found a sponsor. It took 4 - 5 months to get reports form my 2 Mythique agents - I play with my created team supported with juniors ( including one brilliant future one - he was around 67 and n one season he moves to 72... We will see but in football when I cant manage a contract for a star im selling him to other team. How it works in PCM? Will I have offers or he will just pick up best offer and leave my team ? )
So, my custom team is in CT league and we hope ot move WT next season. During simulation ( 2nd part of a season ) we have been informed about a promotion. I was happy because I was expecting a new sponsor. My budget is still on CT level not WT. But of course it never happens now I have to play whole year with 1.6 - 2 000 000 euros less then others... I don't think CT contract is vailid on WT tour in real life or at least it should be bonus after promotion / after relegation. It just stays as it was on 4,080 000. Thats weak because I had a chance to contract v good rider but I have no cash to do this now ( despite to take a risk and go minus what I don't want to do ( 90 000 eur / m more then salary budget is not a good idea I guess ) and of course I have renew contracts with other riders...
The funny thing happed - at the start of the season Contandor said he will retire after this season ^_^ hes 28.
Hope Messi will not retire at 28 in my FM2011 career

As I said before, the manager options are very limited. Obviously you should be able to negotiate a new sponsoring contract if you go up to Pro Tour.
In Real Life there is no promotion system like in football leagues. The sponsor would raise the budget, then the team would contract new riders, and after that the team can apply for a Pro Tour license.
Because of these sponsoring problems, I released a test version of my season planner where you can use certain "sponsor scenarios" to fix these problems. (It could be considered cheating, but many people edit their saves after the game messed it up, that said, this would be the link: http://pcmdaily.c..._id=19400)

Jesus I finally manage to sign a new contract.
Its totally messed. My first sponsor what lets call him ECO had a contract till 2011. then I didn't have any new contract possibilities in January when contract already expired !
Of course I send a busneiss man to find me a best possbile sponsor but it took 4 months ( Fortis or sth like this for a 7 000 000 eur ). I recognized my old sponsor has no valid contract and it's duration was : -8 ... Is it mean I have to pay 8 years back ?

I do not understand. If your business man found a sponsor and you accepted the contract, then you should be fine.
