I've got some weird things going on... in-game there are strange red lines from rider heads to the sky wheels are blurry and the rings around the cyclist are rings with cuts in it... what can i do?

Did you install the patch already? Did it run before the patch?

I never had it before just since the reinstallation of my windows.
It happens randomly.
I never played before the patch... but it is installed.
my computer has always ran good with minimal graphic settings.

I can only guess but I would look at the graphic card.
It could be related to the driver of the graphic card, for example install the old driver (the one which was installed before you re-installed Windows).
Or the graphic card could be overheating, you should be able to check the temperature of the card with the official tool of your graphic card producer.

I have no idea, it seems it appears completely random. now when i restarted the game i haven't got those red lines anymore but sometimes the rings round the riders are crazy.
