Create a new layer and paste the plis into it. After that, go to the layer options and select "multiply" and there you go!

Teddy, I think you mentioned tutorials. Can you point me in the direction of some tutorials. I've decided I want to try shirt making, mostly for myself, but who knows
And possibly some shirt templates and stuff as well.

Which turtorial depends on which tool you're using? Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.net?

I'm sorry to say to Kentaurus that I deleted the PSD so I can't make you the changes.  Sorry.
Also superrider I won't make your jersey as I have decided to keep it real sponsors only.
I am now making Jakstar's, golloloman's and fernando's jerseys.
