You thought they would be a team like at the Worlds.

In fact, there are now more and more sounds that it was nothing but disgruntled ego's, fights, people who wouldn't get the ball from others. Some guys who didn't want to defend (attackers) or walk with the opponents LB/RB. Etc. Lots of infighting

thats a loss. I hope for them to win the whole thing. When i saw them at 1996 for the first time i have been a fan of theirs but this year it is the worst performance i ever saw from dutch team.

Dutchies should throw Robben over the board, he is too selfish.
And the boring football machine from Spain keeps rolling, Ramos should have gone in to the showers with two clear yellow cards.
Now i see the potential finals Germany-Italy, or i hope to.

That doesn't have anything to do with the Spanish FA chairman being also chairman of UEFA's Referees Comitee, I swear. Pfft

I've said that before. Plant Narsingh there. He might only play at Heerenveen but he made 20+ assists this year, and Dost (central stirker heerenveen) made 30 goals. Because he constantly got crosses from Narsingh

He's fast, and has a good cross. Right now we have 2 wingers who don't give crosses. No miracle that RVP and Huntelaar don't perform as striker. They get 0 crosses

It was an offside goal 100%. I have nothing against Spain. I have something against that referee guy. Ramos made some faults and not even yellow! He gave yellow after yellow after yellow for Croatia. That guy is just not fair Sad

YouTube Video

Look at this video. They stop both times just before the passes and you can see that it was 100% not offside. Wink

Jesus Navas is offside at the first pass.

I´m no expert, but isn´t it passive offside by Navas and another situation after Iniesta´s pass?

if you played the virtual fotball game fifa 12,this situation it's offside
i shooted with a guy and ball got reflected from left bar to a another player, were i shooted and score but goal didn't validate because this 2nd player were in offside when i shooted with my 1st player

it's offside at jesus navas at first pass and he shouldn't played the ball.he coulded putted down, this is the sign as he doesn't want to play the ball.if jesus navas would do this ,then forced iniesta to shoot and the goal it were 100% fair

The goal is 100% fair as it is. The analogy you make with your Fifa12 player is incorrect, both situtions are absolutely different.

It`s definitely fair.
Navas was offside at the first pass. But he is just passive. And when Iniesta passes he is not offside.

Absolutely legal goal here.

A player thanks to an offside position after the first pass, gets himself in front of the defenders. When the ball is passed to him, defenders have no chance to try to stop him, cause they are already behind. How can this be a passive offside?

Because that's how the rules say it is.

That's what the rules say, so the goal stands. But I think that this goal shows how stupid the rule can be; Navas clearly gains an advantage by being in an offside position when the through ball is played to Iniesta. The goalkeeper has 2 people to deal with instead of one.

I hope Ukraine wins, but I don't really care that much, I like both teams really. As long as we see nice and exciting football Pfft
