I also agree that Joe Ingles is the best NBA player from Australia right now. Wouldn't be too surprised if Ben Simmons becomes that though. The teams that really impressed me so far are the Jazz and the Clippers, both very much competitive despite loosing a superstar.

Thunder are 1-2 despite gaining 2 superstars!
I hope they start clicking soon!
That loss to the Timberwolves was very unlucky.
I watched the Jazz vs Thunder game and OKC seemed like they still needed to figure out how to efficiently deal out plays for their stars. This of course is to a large part on Westbrook who just couldn't get it going at all. Just because a team looks good on paper, doesn't mean they actually play well together (f.e. Harden/Howard) A lot of credit goes to the Jazz' defense though, if they can keep that up, they are going to clinch the 5th or 4th seed imo.
But then again, I'm a huge Jazz fan, that's why I took Ingles over Simmons. Btw Ingles played this well last season as well. He was in the top 5 of 3P% and a very good wing defender (he completely shut down Reddick in the playoffs last season).
