It has already happened to me twice. Both times when creating a new season first when going from 2014 to 2015 and second time in 2013 when I've started a new career after the previous one was ruined. The game simply stops responding and jumps to Windows every time I try to progress and create a new season. After first crash I've decided to copy my save every year just before new season so this time instead of save that takes me straight to creating new season I've got one that starts on 29th of December and allows me to make some changes (in editor for example) however I have no idea what's wrong and what actually makes the game crash. I will be grateful for any suggestions. I play on 1.0.4.4 and ExpansionPackV1.
Read the PCM Daily DB Bug thread. I posted some stages yesterday, that should help you. For new careers it should work immediately. In running careers you have to check STA_Stage and more important DYN_Variant_Stage for these stages if all length of the 3-4 stages are 0 or a real number instead of something like -$2q340973240 or so.
