Marcel will lead the team in the sprints, where we expect him to deliver some good results. He will get full backup in the races where he participates. In a season or two he might be a top sprinter, winning stages in the Grand Tours. At least we hope so.
The strongest climber in our team, but not even close to top level. However, Alexandre is still quite young and we believe that he will develop into a decent stage racer in the future. His biggest goal this season will be to try to win the KoM jersey in the Critérium du Dauphiné, one of our goals this season.
The third and last leader we have in the team. He hasn't got the stats of a leader, but he's the best cobbler here and will lead us in all races featuring cobbles. Tom will also act as leadout man for Marcel Kittel and Kenny Van Hummel. We don't have any big expectations on Tom, but we hope that he can surprise us in the cobbled races.
This is the riders who will be representing us this season. We will mainly focus on sprints and also a bit on the cobbles, since we don't have any strong climbers alongside Geniez. For the sprints we have a good team, though. Kluge, Reimer and Veelers will all be very important for our main sprinters Kittel and Van Hummel. Also, as you can see, we have a quite young team, so we expect that it might take a season or two before most of the riders start to perform.
As you can see, our sponsors are obviously very optimistic about how the team will do this season. Top 3 in MSR will probably be impossible, since there is no way Kittel and Van Hummel survives Cipressa and Poggio after 300 kilometres. The other goals should be reachable, though. Wear the sprinters jersey at the Giro might be a bit tricky, but I think it's possible.
Skil's goals are very hard. Especially stage wins at the Tour and the Vuelta and a Top 10 in Lombardia will be very hard to achieve. Besides those hard ones, the other should be possible. We will do our best and see how it goes.
Shimano is a bit more realistic with their goals. The hardest one will probably be a to win the ZLM Tour, where we will be sending a Simon Geschke in top shape. A stage win in Poland shouldn't be any problem for Kittel or Van Hummel, neither to wear the sprinters jersey in Eneco Tour. Top 10 in Vattenfall Cyclassics shouldn't be extremely hard either, but the last one, a Top 10 at the GP Ouest France might give us some problems.

Awesome. I remember telling you to start a Skil career with PCM 10, but you took Colombia instead.
Also random potential is way more fun especially with small teams, and all you can afford are cheap youngsters, who may be a huge bargain, or a huge bust.

 Australian Championships - Road
With only one rider starting, our expectations is quite low. To be honest, we don't have any expectations at all. Docker's shape is terrible, and even in good shape he would struggle to follow the strongest riders on the climb.
Favourites:
*** Evans
** Gerrans, Goss
* Haussler, Davis, Sutherland
A hilly course, taking on a quite steep climb a total of 11 times during the race. The downhill towards the finish line favours the sprinters though, if there are any left in the front group.
A group of five riders broke away almost immediately after the start. The riders were:
Meyer (Garmin)
Calabria (TT1)
Sutton (Sky)
Roberts (Saxo)
Wurf (Liquigas)
It seemed like all teams were fine with that the group got away, since the pace in the peloton was incredibly low.
A moment of panic in the UnitedHealthcare team, as their team leader Sutherland crashes in the descent. His team mates quickly drops back to help him.
With 80 km to go, Matthews (Rabobank) and Clarke (Astana) takes the opportunity to attack while the pace is still very low in the peloton.
Up front Wurf falls in the wet downhill and loses contact with his breakaway companions.
After many kilometres of hard work, Wurf manages to rejoin his companions.
Not far later Matthews and Clarke also catches the breakaway group. 50 kilometres to go and still 4 minutes back to the peloton.
Finally, the pace in the pack gets higher. HTC sends up Renshaw and Howard to bring back the breakaway to help their team leader Matthew Goss.
25 kilometres to go, and still 3'30 in advantage for the breakaway after HTC stopped working in the peloton. SaxoBank's David Tanner feels that he's had enough and attacks!
Sutherland catches up with Tanner to form a strong duo.
HTC sees the duo as a too big threat for Goss and bring them back.
Last time up the hill and Matthew Goss attacks! Nobody responding.
Evans takes the responsibility and closes the gap to Goss. Docker follows just behind Evans, and the rest of the peloton behind Docker.
Five kilometres to go and still the breakaway holds an advantage of over a minute! It looks like they will fight it out for the win today.
Docker realises the danger and decides to give it a go himself in the descent.
Up front Matthews starts the sprint with Sutton and Clarke on his wheel. Still over a kilometer to go. Has he gone too early?
No, he hasn't. Sutton and Clarke can't match him and Michael Matthews becomes the new Australian champion! A great performance by the youngster.
One and a half minute later, Goss edges out Haussler for the 8th place, while Docker finishes 18th after failing his attempt to attack.

Always nice to see a story about a Dutch team. I stole Kittel for my custom team in PCM '11 (Monster Energy - Ford, feel free to follow it ) after see him blasting the fellowsprinters away in Poland.

First, some news:
Surprisingly, ISD will pull out their sponsorship from Lampre-ISD after just one season in the team. Anyway, it looks like Lampre has enough money to continue without ISD's help. It will be interesting to see if this affects the team during the season.
Australian Championships - Time Trial
Once again Docker is the only rider representing us. We don't have any expectations at all, since timetrials isn't Docker's strongest ability as a rider. Anyway, he wants to participate and we accept that.
Favourites:
*** Evans
** Porte, Rogers
* Meyer, Bobridge, Hansen
I'd be very surprised if not one of these wins. Evans is of course the big favourite, but Rogers and especially Porte should be able to challenge him. Defending champion Cam Meyer didn't look to be in shape during the road race, but I won't count him out of the discussion. Bobridge and Sutherland will have to ride the best time trial of their lifes if they want to compete for the win, but everything is possible this early in the season.
Long, flat and windy. Those three words describe this time trial quite well. The length of it favours the specialists, while those who doesn't like to ride against the clock will have a painful experience.
Brett Lancaster was one of the good timetriallists who started early, which resulted in that he crushed all the times that had been set so far.
56'18
Lancaster's team mate Bobridge was the next favourite to start. I guess his shape is far from on top, since his time was much weaker than expected.
56'56
Docker's lack of form and his weak timetrialling ability was visible when looking at his time. Actually it was a bit disappointing.
58'00
Matthew Goss looked strong in the road race, but his timetrialling abilities isn't good enough to match the best. Still a strong time by him.
56'29
Newly fledged road race champion Michael Matthews isn't known for being strong in the time trials, but his time here was much better than expected.
56'30
Adam Hansen was expected to be one of the fastest today, but his time didn't meet the expectations.
57'17
Finally, someone beated Lancaster's time! Defending champion Cameron Meyer with a strong time.
55'57
Meyer's time didn't last for long though, as UnitedHealthcare leader Sutherland flew around the course today and clocked the new best time.
55'35
Former world time trial champion Michael Rogers was even faster, beating Sutherland's time by 17 seconds.
55'18
Only two men left out on the course. Richie Porte came close, but couldn't beat Rogers' time. Still a very good time for the Tasmanian.
55'20
Last man starting was big favourite Cadel Evans, who had the best time at the first intermediate check, three seconds faster than Rogers. Had he been able to hold his lead?
Yes! Evans sets the new best time and takes the title!
