Main aim is the big two tours in TDF and Vaulta. Also the spring classics. What do you think of the team? opinions would very appreciated.

Well.. I think a "custom team" is generally a test of your own imagination, so if you like the team I would go with it.

Or if you prefer realism then there are plenty of real life teams to choose from too.

But overall I think personally you have quite a nice set of riders there Wink

Thanks guys. I just need to add one or two more young riders (british mainly). @Failured I know what you mean but there 30% of that team are british.

Any good young riders?

Your choice in the end anyways Grin. I do only know some talents that a are from Belgium and France Smile

Ulissi (italy) is someone that i've been a fan of, but takes a while to develop

oh, and on the theme of Spring Classics, go and get Silin from Russia... this guy is the next Gilbert

And with 7 British riders in the squad, I think it's safe to say the team is british.

Yeah thats right, its a British team. With young (with Griant Thomas) and very experienced guys with (roger Hammond)

I tought so, however, in my second career he started 75MO i think and finished the season with 78 Shock i did win the Vuelta also ^^

Yeah I thought that too, but I've Sanchez, Nicolas Roche and Gesink which I have added to the team. So its mainly just see who is in the best position to win...say after 2 weeks of the TDF and help him. At the moment Carlos is my main guy (I don't think he is good enough any more but that the challenge and I have enough team members). But it will really depend on what form my GC contenders are come the TDF or Vaulta.

LL Sanchez or Samuel Sanchez? Roche and Gesink is good riders who can give you good results in the gt's

Yeah sorry, LL Sanchez. If he can stay with the main guys with main GC, he can beat any one on TT. Thats my thinking anyway
