I think you should download GIMP then. It's free and it's far better than Paint.Net to make jerseys in, but not as good as Adobe. However, it's notworthy to but Adobe just to make some jerseys. ANFreeman makes his jerseys in GIMP, so it's certainly good enough! Paint is mainly an tool for easy things, it looks like you can't even resize an logo or "duplicate layer/flip horizontal" to make it symmetrical with Paint. So download Gimp, it will make your jerseys look better
