Nice looking roster! I hope Armstrong isnt overall average 80+ though. If this story goes on for more than 2 years you will be in trouble cause all your leaders are old Wink Better give the youth plenty of race days.

Plan on it! Armstrong is 76 average... The thing is my sprinter quality is low and as you said old age... Young riders will get alot of riding time...

Your team is too strong....! No, just kidding, It´s merely radioshack and a couple of other guys. I think it´s perfect.
You should keep an eye for tejay van garderen and Taylor Phinney, since your team leaders might be too old for serious competition in 2-3 seasons.

P.S I do love M&M even if we don´t have that much here in sweden Smile

P.S 2 Everybody in the world except Americans are convinced that Armstrong did drugs like everybody else. Nothing to brag about if he did, which he very much probably did. He still was the best tour de france rider.

P.S 3 Despite your patriotism, I´ll still follow your story Cool

I do have old people but I am signing some riders in July because I have the money.

PS1 - Ha they are good!

PS2 - If he did then he did but he is a good rider and not guilty yet

PS3 - Ha I had a bunch of people tell me to focus on a certain country so i did.... the one i live in

TOUR DOWN UNDER 2011

STAGE 1

img38.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/xhw2_bf7_ucfxs.png

The Tour Down Under 2011 has officially began today with the 132 km Stage 1! As the race got underway, a lead group quickly went out to chase the1 mountain and 2 sprints of the day. The lead group was 12 riders:

Leaders in Breakaway With 125 km to go

Spoiler:

img38.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/divg_8e4_ucfxs.jpg

The peloton seemed content to let the leaders battle for the 3 classifications of the day as they held a minute lead going into the only mountain sprint of the day.

img37.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/u2wy_7bf_ucfxs.jpg

The leaders sprinted for the King Of The Mountains jersey but not everybody would grab points:

Mountain Sprint 1 - 122km to go

Spoiler:

Following the Mountain Sprint the peloton took over the leaders on the downhill leaving the pack together again. This didn't last long however as another attack launched at 100 km to go and finally settled at 94km to go with 10 riders. The bold riders below were in both breakaways.

Leaders with 94km to go

Spoiler:

img38.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/divg_293_ucfxs.jpg

The following 10 kilometers included the 2 sprints of the day that the peloton again allowed the leaders to battle for.

SPRINT 1 - 91 KM TO GO

Spoiler:

SPRINT 2 - 85 KM TO GO

Spoiler:

As the race continued, the peloton was easing on the pedals and let the leaders get to a 5 minute lead with 70 km to go.

img37.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/ux0w_219_ucfxs.jpg

Team M&M's has had 2 riders in the front of the pack most of the race with Lance Armstrong & Chris Horner. In the next picture, Kevin Lacombe is in the back delivering water.

img37.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/n9_679_ucfxs.jpg

The peloton finally picked up the pace and the lead was cut to 2 minutes with 30 km to go. The leaders saw one last opportunity when G. Lequatre tried to attack within the breakaway with 20 km to go. This however failed and with only 10 km to go the pack was together. With 2.5 km to go a massive sprint launched and at the end it came down to just 2 riders.

J.J. Rojas Vs. A. Greipel

img38.picoodle.com/i57a/jseadog1/hua3_4dc_ucfxs.jpg

Coming to the line it was very close but Andre Greipel took the win with a fantastic finish in the first stage of the Tour Down Under!

I believe that Armstrong did drugs and I'm an American, but that doesn't mean that I don't think he is still the coolest bike rider to ever live.

Good luck with your story, it looks really nice.
