Couldn't get license? Help?

I bought and downloaded pcm 2011 on a norwegian site "spaceworld"
i got an activation key and a player key.
but when after i downloaded the exe. file, i try to run it, but when that happens, a error pops up and say "coulnd't get license" ?
help anyone? ;( i will have loved it if some helped me

Could be that it has not been released in Norway yet. But since it's a download version, i have no idea. Sent an e-mail to spaceworld?

My CD-Version got dispatched today, so if it don't work when you try tomorrow. You better giddi-up and go to war with Spaceworld  Hehe. I've been playing the DL version since the release date. But that version was bought from cyandie's site a long time before the release date.
Maybe you should call spaceworld?
