Our team would like to help out some of the managers with riders at XP level 3 and 4, getting better by racing a LOT in the Pro Tour this season.
We are not interested in paying the wage for the rider, but will max him the most possible, so he can return in the best possible shape for next year.
If the rider is good enough we could potentially pay up to his wage in cash for the loan.
So if you have a rider you want to max out, let me know, and I will help out.
