Was already mentioned that Kroon finally signed with SaxoBank?

I'm starting to like Sky, so I really hope Cavendish doesn't sign for them. I think he will, though.

Surely it can't happen, both have far too many riders.

That's just a distraction for the main thing. Shack want another Portuguese in the team (Bruno Pires), so they came with this fusion business just for that.
Now, more seriously, I really don't like that fusion...
Rest in Peace Wouter Weylandt and Xavi Tondo

Also, the Schlecks left Riis because they didn't want to be told what to do, so now they join the Hog's team?

This.
Hopefully it isn't true. A merge between my favourite team and a team which I hate the most, please no! Only a speculation, hopefully.

"Team R-Tard"
I like it. Describes both teams perfectly.

I know its in luxemburgian, but: http://sport.rtl....24675.html
In the article it says that Nygaard denied the rumor of a merger between RadioShack and Leopard-trek...
Also Bruneel has stated that Team RadioShack is financially secured till 2013...

Atleast now I'd only have to direct my hate towards one team, instead of two!
But honestly, the Radioshack riders probably dont even want this to happen. I mean who would want to be on Andy's team for the Tour when you know all he is going to do is whine.

Exactly, Kloden, LL and Horner all probably think they have one last shot at a good result, they don't want to spend it looking after Frandy.

LL was already reported he'll sign with OPQS
And that's the point I think, many riders like Kloden, Zubledia or Brajkovic will leave, giving teams like OPQS or GreenEdge chance to scoop a decent GC rider, who aren't really available now, but after the merging, there should be some decetn GC riders to get.

According to Froome's manager there are a couple of big teams interested in signing Chris. They include a major Dutch team, a US team, a leading European team and a French team.
My guess: Rabobank, Garmin, Leopard and Ag2r? |
