This db will be (well, actually is already) based on few PCMDaily databases. I took teams and riders from PCMDaily 2011 db for PCM2010 and placed them into PCMDaily 2009 db for PCM2009.
I've inserted few more east-european teams teams and now working on some riders that didn't get into PCMDaily 2011 database and equipment. I think I will export it from PCMDaily 2010 db 
What about races? I don't care about races and routes, so I will save those which were in east-european add-on to PCMDaily 2009 db.
I don't know whether this db will work or not, as long as I am pretty weak db-maker, but I hope it will.

Seriously, I think, I might need help when I release first version and if there will be troubles with something in gameplay, as long as I am not goos db-maker and I won't be able to fix possible bugs |

Team list:
All teams will have 2011 rosters, few of them - 2011 equipment.
As I already told, I'n not concerned on races, so there will be almost 2009 calendar, but all WT races will be held in proper data except of Lombardia, as 15th of October isn't good for the game.
There will be some new backgrounds |

Bad idea - don't change race dates. It creates more problems than it fixes.

As I told, I will upload it 2nd of April, as 1st of April somebody could suspect that it is a joke
But the DB itself now is playable as I tested, right now I simulated it till second season and everything works fine |
