The tt shirts were taken out of the game 09 or 08... Except for the worlds shirt

Not really useless.
Let's say that you have the ITT champion of a country (and not the RR one), you can replace the NC shirt and not have to change it for at least one season. Not a lot of work for a season's pleasure
