how do i edit stages like..tourmalet?

i have tried to open the stages files with the stage editor but it crash immediately, its because i want to add fog to the tourmalet stage |

You can`t edit stages in PCM 10 without having the original file. So just the stagemaker can edit something.

I think so.
To be honest I always thought it`s a thing which is automatically set within he climat settings in the DB, but obviously I was wrong.
All editor parts you can`t edit.
