PCMspot RealName Database
Also the PCMspot community has worked on their RealName database for Pro Cycling Manager 2010. A long time has been worked for this database (but the release was already in the end of June, now we post it on non-Dutch/Belgian communities) and we are proud of the result. Next to the names, which are all real named, there are also a lot of other features. That doesn’t make it a small database, but a big database which contains a lot of details. Check out what is in it in the feature list below.
The installation of the PCMspot Database wouldn’t be difficult. The .exe file should be a clear and automatic installation. Before you're going to intall the PCMspot Database, it's recommended to read the ReadMe file first, so you can’t be surprised afterwards. We hope you have much fun with this database, which is compatible with the last Cyanide patch (1.0.3.0). When you encounter a bug in the game, you can report it in this topic.
Features (1.0.0.0):
- All riders RealName
- Riders at records lists RealName
- All teams RealName
- All sponsors RealName
- All races and stages RealName
- Transfers up-to-date
- Track cyclists who are retired, are replaced
- A total of 75 track riders
- 25 riders added

- Photo’s for hardly anyone of the 1382 riders
- Cya Top Tour has been renamed to (UCI) Pro Tour
- Superprestige has been renamed to CQranking

Update 25th July 2010:
Update PCMspot RealName Database (Compatible with Cyanide Patch 1.0.2.2)
During the Tour the France, the makers of the PCMspot RealName Database have been working on a better database. Everything what was necessary has been done to make this database up-to-date and all the bugs are solved. There has also been an update of the stats, according to the performance of the riders till the Tour the France. You can see the improvements below:
- Moerenhout isn’t longer national champion on the road
- Flag of Costa Rica in a correct style
- All mails which contains ‘Cya Top Tour’ are now ‘UCI Pro Tour’
- The bug that the best riders don’t start in the important races, has been solved
- Some of the team logos improved
- New champion shirts and leader jerseys added
- Kashechkin to Lampre, Joaquin Sobrino to Caja Rural, Christian Patron to Team Kuota-Indeland
- Database compatible with Cyanide patch 1.0.2.2
And last but not least an update of the stats. Enjoy the database!
To download this database, you don’t need to download and install the first version of the PCMspot RealName Database.
Update 18th August 2010:
Update PCMspot RealName Database (Compatible with Cyanide Patch 1.0.3.0)
If you have updated your Pro Cycling Manager to the last patch, the 1.0.3.0, you can play now again with the PCMspot Database. The makers made this database compatible with this last patch.
Next to make the database compatible, they also added much more shirts in the game. The total amount of the added shirts is around the 650 champion shirts and leader shirts. Now you have much more beautiful champion shirts for the continental teams. According to the previous update, there hasn’t changed very much. A few riders have been updated, for example their stats and potential.
Now we want to point at a 2011 database. We think that will be one of the biggest databases for Pro Cycling Manager 2010. Do you have any ideas to make this database more special? You can send a personal message to me. We don’t want to say a lot of this new project, but it’s sure that this one would be a database with a lot of features.
Finally the download link isn’t unimportant. To download the PCMspot Database, which is compatible with the 1.0.3.0 patch, you can click the link below. We wish you (again) much fun with this database and when you see some bugs, tell it us.
Enjoy it! If you have some questions or comments, you can always contact me or use this topic. I feel sorry for my bad English, but we are from a Dutch/Belgian community |

What's in the features list, that's in the game. So there are no new scouting areas. |

Hardly is the wrong word to use.
"Almost all riders have cyclist photos" would be better
