Are U23 stages hardcoded or are there any way to add more stages?

You can add U23 races just like you add any other race.

You need to change the UCI category. Use the Advanced Editor or Lachi's Editor, look up another U23 race and give your new U23 race the same settings.

So you can take out the 21 stages of TDF, rename them and chance the UCI category and then the U23 riders will take part in their own TDF? |

If you make a copy of Tour de France and its stages in STA_race and STA_stage and change the UCI category, yes.

way ahead of you :-)
i have made the giro_U23 and it's working, but i have a problem with the first stage of the Giro d'italia, all the riders come in at the same time, it's a TT, 8km, there is another one 13km where all is working correctly.
what could i have done wrong?
also how do i delete races in the Fool editor, i want to delete the old U23 races, soo they dont overlap with the new ones.

Any change that the time_gap for the stage (in STA_stage) is set to anything else than 0? It has to be set to 0.
About deleting, no idea. I use the Advanced Editor for deleting.

sorry to bring up this old thread ... i have a problem.
i made a race in the database editor of the game, i have done this with other races that work also. now i changed in the full editor the UCI class so that the race should be a u-23 race.
now when it is simulated pcm crashes to desktop. i tried to change the uci-class to a continental race, and everything works
where is my mistake? any clue? |

Well, I tend not to touch the U23 races and their dates, because I've experienced a lot of crashes due to it. It seems a bit unstable.
Try to toy around with the dates, especially if it's currently overlapping another U23 race.
