Can't load the game
Hi I have bought the DVD version as it was a lot cheaper and I installed it and loaded it and clicked play on the menu and it says I must install patch to continue so I do it then it comes up with another message telling me I can't go on the game because of an unhandled exeption in your application.

What should I do??? Please help thanks.
Just download the from this site and install it manually.
Oh no!!! I think I've made things a hell of a lot worse now the game can't even select it's language as soon as I click auto-run it comes up with a message: Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010\Autorun/Exe/Autorun.exe Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Please help I can't even get onto the menu now!!! HELP HELP HELP!!!!
Hello has anyone any idea how to fix this??? Sad
Reinstall the game. Download the patch from this site.
That's the problem I can't reinstall the game it comes up with the message in the third post and I don't know what to do!!!!
the message in the third post cannot be displayed if you deinstall. To deinstall you should use the other icon in the start menu (having deinstall in the name)
what's deinstall it's not there for me

Please either read the manual how to deinstall this game or read this: http://kb.iu.edu/.../aixt.html
Does anyone know what files you need to be able to install PCM on your computer. At the moment I have autorun folder but I still can't install it anyone got any idea???
Just put the DVD in your computer (in the DVD-drive) then it should start the installation automatically. Or what is your question exactly?
no all the files are gone everything and they won't come back automatically like they usually do so I have to manually input all the files until I can install then it should put all the files in itself when installing. Anyone understand???

Go to sleep, wake up tomorrow, relaxed. Turn on your brain, and we'll start from there.
Hello I have fixed the second problem but now I am back to problem one. I think it has something to do with this message when I am installing: Error 14001/(RegGExplorer.exe)%nRegistration in the Game Explorer has failed. I have heard that it has something to do with the Registry but I have run CCleaner and it hasn't fixed it and I don't really want to reinstall Windows personally.

Oh and when I start the game this message comes up with an unhandled exeption in the side by side configuration or something like that and I click details and I get this:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

For example:

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Err... anyone know what to do or am I doomed and what did you edit Cruetrue???
SOMEBODY!!!!!! I'm tearing my hair out. Do I download JIT Debugging. Do I have to reinstall windows or do I just throw the disc in the bin and go insane???????????
You start by relaxing and waiting for someone to help you instead of bumping the thread.
Try to run the game in Admin mode
[b]Cyanide wrote:[b/]
You have Windows Vista or Windows 7 and you cannot run PCM2010, or the game does not run correctly on your computer:

1. Open Computer.
2. Open (CSmile Local Disk.
3. Open Program Files or Programs folder.
4. Open Cyanide folder then Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010 folder.
5. Right mouse click 'PCM.EXE' (PCM) application file and click Properties.
6. Click Compatibility tab.
7. Check Run this program as an administrator and click OK button.
8. Run the game.

But I guess you have a problem during the installation. So you need to uninstall again and then install the game using admin rights too.
The game will not run, if there is an error during the installation. So make a screenshot of all error messages and maybe save the error file, then send it to the technical support, here the link to the Cyanide FAQ: http://www.cyanid...amp;t=3191
