Hi I have bought the DVD version as it was a lot cheaper and I installed it and loaded it and clicked play on the menu and it says I must install patch 1.0.2.2 to continue so I do it then it comes up with another message telling me I can't go on the game because of an unhandled exeption in your application.
What should I do??? Please help thanks. |

Please help I can't even get onto the menu now!!! HELP HELP HELP!!!! |

the message in the third post cannot be displayed if you deinstall. To deinstall you should use the other icon in the start menu (having deinstall in the name) |

Just put the DVD in your computer (in the DVD-drive) then it should start the installation automatically. Or what is your question exactly? |

no all the files are gone everything and they won't come back automatically like they usually do so I have to manually input all the files until I can install then it should put all the files in itself when installing. Anyone understand???

Go to sleep, wake up tomorrow, relaxed. Turn on your brain, and we'll start from there.

Hello I have fixed the second problem but now I am back to problem one. I think it has something to do with this message when I am installing: Error 14001/(RegGExplorer.exe)%nRegistration in the Game Explorer has failed. I have heard that it has something to do with the Registry but I have run CCleaner and it hasn't fixed it and I don't really want to reinstall Windows personally. |

CodeOh and when I start the game this message comes up with an unhandled exeption in the side by side configuration or something like that and I click details and I get this:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

You start by relaxing and waiting for someone to help you instead of bumping the thread.

Try to run the game in Admin mode
[b]Cyanide wrote:[b/]
O. RUN THE GAME IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE ON WINDOWS VISTA AND WINDOWS 7
You have Windows Vista or Windows 7 and you cannot run PCM2010, or the game does not run correctly on your computer:
1. Open Computer.
2. Open (C Local Disk.
3. Open Program Files or Programs folder.
4. Open Cyanide folder then Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010 folder.
5. Right mouse click 'PCM.EXE' (PCM) application file and click Properties.
6. Click Compatibility tab.
7. Check Run this program as an administrator and click OK button.
8. Run the game.
But I guess you have a problem during the installation. So you need to uninstall again and then install the game using admin rights too.
The game will not run, if there is an error during the installation. So make a screenshot of all error messages and maybe save the error file, then send it to the technical support, here the link to the Cyanide FAQ: http://www.cyanid...amp;t=3191 |
