PCM.Daily Favourite Team Contest

Im Back ... After the great success of the PCM.Daily Favourite Cyclist Contest, I decide it was time for the sequel. Hopefully I can get the same amount of votes or even more than the last contest.
How it Works - (A Little Bit of a Difference Than Before)
- 32 Teams Make the Bracket
^ 18 Pro Tour Teams are Automatic Qualifiers, 14 Are Voted In
- The 14 Teams are Voted In by The First 14 Post in the Thread for an Active CT Team. Meaning First Come First Served.
- Once I get 14 CT Teams I will Put all the 32 Teams in a Hat and Draw for Spots, Since I got a Lot of Fuss of the Seedings in My Last Contest.
- After the Bracket is Set it Will be Just Like the Last Contest, Voting Opens Up for 4 Match-Ups at a Time, One Vote Per Account, and Each Last for a Day.

I know that even if I voted SpiderTech they wouldn't get far and my other choices will surely get picked
so my vote goes to:
Team Nippo (Arashiro formerly rode for them) and they have fantastic jerseys.
