fixed. i just googled and downloaded the advanced editor for pcm2008. then i did as written in the read me.
You just have to follow the steps and open game_config table with fe. notepad. then search for the column which says gene_i_date and put the date in you want to continue the game. that's it.

Apart from that pesky crash the pack looks good. I've seen many more escapes going to the line than in the original PCM 2009. Stats fr cobbles and sprints also seem to be much more important... |

fixing may bug is bogus cuz u will get a crash again each first month. and in July the game won't recover after editing the dates. you will not be able to participate in races.
i use a real name db for now. not worth the hussle. |

For those who've started a save game and are really interested in continuing it, here's a description on how to fix it:
1. Load your save game in Advanced Editor.
2. Open DYN_team.
3. Scroll across to fkIDtype_rider_orientation1, fkIDtype_rider_orientation2 and fkIDtype_rider_orientation3.
4. What we found out is that these cells may only have following numbers: 1, 4, 5 and 6 (you can see what these numbers represent in STA_type_rider).Therefore, change the cells where any other number than those four are being used.
5. Save, and you're able to continue.
(Please be aware that I won't fix your save game)
The Expansion Pack Final does also include a few other fixes, so it's recommended to go with that one instead. |
