I actually found myself reading that for several hours yesterday. I'm pretty sure Hollywood will turn this into a movie within a couple of years. They have the script right there. |

I also sat up for hours reading it. Although the script is frightening, I'm very curious as to what made him do what he did. I recommend you read his diary from May to July. I no way does it seem like he has any problems killing all those people. He seems very cheerful and in a good mood all the way through the last months. I don't get it... |

It's a pretty horrifying read.
I'm sure, though, that it will be helpful for the police in the future. The detailed descriptions of what he bought, how he did it, how he hid it etc. gives the police a great insight to what they should be aware of in the future.

This was a tragic series of events. There are problems and challenges in society, but you can't solve them by using violence.
According to the information gained so far, he was strongly against multiculturalism as a whole. I remember that I posted the video about muslim demographics in Europe and around the world on this forum. While I think it's an important subject to discuss, I don't think that video gave a true reflection on how the situation is and how it will be in the future. I'll say that I don't support the video.
A large focus of such extremist operations are on muslims. As we can see with this case, extremists of several different ideologies and religions use their distorted views on society and people as a justification for their actions. It's important not to judge large groups of people based on what a few bastards do. |
