I have to agree with that. Scouting for young talents is a lot easier.It happears guys with +75 stats. It's weird, i think it was harder to find huge talents on PCM 10 and behind.

you mean you can look at a scouted rider potential in the editor how do you do that
Not sure exactly what is going on, but anyhow. You can see all the young riders just like the other riders, they are just in the DYN_young_cyclist category. It has their potential, their stats, their potential maxes, ect.
Secondly I made a set of XML files to fix the ridiculous young riders the game makes by default. Give them a try, see if you think it makes things better.
Note: Please backup the games XML files before overwriting them with these files. Extract this to ...Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2012/XML/YoungRiderCarac
Also note you probably will need to run your extract program in administrator mode.

Kentaurus: are these the same xml files you uploaded some time ago or are there any updates? I haven't tested it yet but Cyanide did such a bad job in the young riders this year, and that's because they tried to improve it

Those are the same from my other post, they were updated though at some point awhile ago as I was testing them out. Would really like to get some feedback on them so I can work to improve them more.

Yes, I think he'll only appear in DYN_young_cyclist. So forget what I said about DYN_cyclist, replace it with DYN_young_cyclist
