hello guys, i'm new to armada mode too. Just got my 1st silver pack, so i'm noob as hell. how can i renew contracts with my riders and repair equipment cards?
Can I sell cards for coins or exchange them with other players?

not possible to renew contracts until some patch appear
equipment its infinite for the moment, so reparation of its also not possible
its not possible to sell cards, there is no market |

Next week a patch is announced. Selling cards and renewing contracts should be possible then.
Not sure about any kind of market although they said, there might be one later.

Armada is driving me crazy. How on earth am I supposed to get anything, when one of my opponents has Evans, 2x Schleck, Contador and Scarponi on his team, while my best rider is Duarte with 74 MO...

Hope for hilly stages. There you have great chances with hilly riders like Carrara, Lövkvist, Gerdemann...

Well, I've found out that on mountain stages, I just have to attack far from the line. The passive AI fucks up peloton, if nobody takes the initiative

Depends on the host. Several don`t have the passive AI, then you stand no chance.
Also the team of the strong riders will do the pace normally.
In the beginning where I just had Mate as bronze climber within the first week of release I had a nice team attack and my lonely rider, who made it to the goal, but there none had a gold card.
Easiest way is to get decent silver packs. I had Moncoutie, Carrara, Gerdemann and later Lövkvist, Geniez and Vogondy. You can do well with these teams and at least become top10.

I saved up for about 3 - 4 silver before i went for the gold. I recommend that you buy a couple of silver first since you easelly get 74 avr riders Then you actually have a chance to win some races! Gold packs might be disappointing (larsson, nordhaug etc) and then you will have a crappy team with crappy a crappy gold rider

a. remain on team but can't use them in race
b.they leave
hope to be a. as in 4 days expire peter sagan contract(but i have a 2nd sagan)
ballan and flecha i care,they expire in 6 days.these 2 are my best cobble riders

my bet is that you will be able to ride with them even without contract days left,
the cards will not dissapear acording Open Bar:
les cartes qui expirent ne sont pas perdus, elles restent dans ta collection mais ne sont pas utilisables pour la course

Does anybody know how the coins won at the end of a race are calculated?
With a fairly average team I finished 1/6 in the team classification and 2nd with Jurgen Roelandts at Paris - Roubaix and only came away with around 300 coins...even with nobody in the top 20 I usually get 250+! |
