Has anyone who purchased the game via PayPal before the 18th had any luck with making support requests through focus/gamesplanet or metaboli?
I'm getting sick of waiting . . .
Is there a way for PayPal to get my money back? |

I got my download links (finally!) right after reporting the problem to PayPal. Maybe that'll help someone else out there . . . I guess they're only worried about customer service when it affects their bank statement . . .
Now just 20 hours of downloading and I can get to work! |

ok..I am back from work trip (another Jazz fest ..done!)..
and they have send me dowload links..just 4 days later.
Anyway..Depression is over..I am back!

As it seems everyone here has problems using PayPal, I decided not to use it, mainly because I lack an account I guess
However, for some wierd reason my page is just blank at the "Please choose your means of payment:"
Unless of course i open it up in Google Chrome, but then the price is 45€, and yea did try hotspot, not really working. However, I managed to advance further in the whole payment process and selected "VISA" and decided to copy the link and open it in Internet Explorer. The price did indeed change to 40$, however no matter what I do, or what card I use (not that I have several cards lying around) I just get an error message saying "payment not accepted" or something like that.. Anyone else experienced this ? |

Sorry for once again pointing this out, but it's not Cyanide which distributes the game. It's not their website. It's Focus or Metaboli. |

Try setting your Google Chrome regional settings to "English (USA)". I did that, and got the game for 39.99$ by using Chrome.
