Andy Schleck on that kind of finish is extremely unlikely

We wont even have to speculate in that. Schleck starting the race is unlikely enough.

I'm imagining telling my kids 'that Kazakh rider over there, he once said he retired after winning the Olympic Gold. Now, he has three.'

I must say Nordhaug for this one, because he is clearly on of the best hill riders in the world.

Those are the maximum, Slovakia would get 6 as Sagan has most if not all of those.

Yes how does Slovakia get 9 riders? How are they even going to get 9 good riders?

Sagan brothers, Velits brothers plus Jurco and four others, although they'll probably only get 6 maximum. Ditto GB at the moment.

Dumb as is the system, they count the points of the first five riders, then decide that it gives them the right to have 9 riders (in this case), even if they'd have only five riders in the whole country.

Wasn't there a rule that only riders scoring WT (or CQ, or such) points are eligible? Or do I mix up that one?
