Well remember once we get going you will also have the U23 races to go off of, so the decisions on who to scout won't be this blind anymore.

True, though U23 is usually dominated by 21- and 22-year olds.
Oh well, let's get started first, then complain after the season

Lol, if you can keep your riders, you have about 15 season before any of them think about retiring...

I know, that's why I'm talking about dumping young riders when it's sure they don't have 8 potential.

Sorry, haven't been able to spend any time on this in the last week, and I'm not going to be able to over the weekend either.
If you want to give me team to someone else, I totally understand and it's fine by me. |

Well don't worry about it too much, come back when you get time, I'll make sure the other teams that I'm sure the manager is gone already get taken first (if we get any more people).

Question: There are young riders between the age of 18-21, right? Will a 18-year-old rider still be in the pool next year as a 19-year-old? Same for 19-year-olds and 20-year-olds a the moment? Or will there be a completely new pool of young riders next season?

I think the game keeps the young riders that don't get taken around the next season. So yes, they 18 year olds will become 19 year olds, but also the game adds new riders to each age group I believe.

Okay back from dinner, did the math for the Conti teams, and that will be set at 1725.

Sure we can't have one custom training schedule? Not just the sprinters are a problem. There are only 3 Vuelta schedules and none of them have a decent early season spike which is pretty much my race schedule. Oh well, guess we weren't going to win the Vuelta anyway.
Will send everything I owe shortly.

I know they all suck this season, next season we will have custom schedules. Won't have as much to get ready then.
Also I'm starting the season no later than Monday night (my time).

OK. Torres Wines is all set and ready to go. All our documents have been submitted to the UCI and we are excited to plug Spanish wine around the world.
Pasamontes and Possoni will lead us in our debut race in Malaysia while the Latvian connection of Smukulis and Belohvosciks will ride the breaks (unfortunately I don't think I managed get all 3 of my Latvians into any one race).
Frapporti contests the sprints (for 20th place that is). Here hoping the random early season fitness smiles kindly on us.

Wow, swiftly calculated I'll have about 1830 at the end of the season already, and that's without contract length. I need a lot of TTers if I want to keep my talents

I don't get the system of the salary cap. Is it just the sum of all overall stats? Sorry for asking |

It's on the first page. But I think there will be some changes at the end of the season, once the salary caps get relevant.
