Ok, we're on round 6 and it's time to start paying for stat gains through points (previously i gave away 1 or 2 free points). So i've reworked the original scale to make points based rather than win based.
So here's the cost
1--->2 20pts
2--->3 30pts
3--->4 40pts
4--->5 50pts
5--->6 60pts
6--->7 80pts
7--->8 90pts
So it's not difficult to rank up

Note:
1) Once you've paid for a stat gain, you have to work from 0 to get it up again. So to go from 1->2 is 20 points, you don't need 10 to go upto 3, you'll need 30.
2) Any stat gain you do, will go off of your points total, it's up to you, a stat gain will equal increased performance, and thus more points. It's a gamble, take it or leave it. I'll keep 2 tables, a stat paid table, and a points accumulated also. THE ONE WITH STATS PAID FOR WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE FINAL POSITIONS!
3) All stat improvments are recored and ANYONE can see them, so you can't really act tactically and suprise someone.
So, it's your choice, gamble your points or don't. I think it's a pretty good addition to gamble, but if it doesn't work out then i'll change it. (And not because your points total will significantly decrease, not a valid reason for not liking the loosing points!)

So in total, ill spend 90 points. Math will tell us i have five left then.
