You have made nice new version of stages to many races, but if i put on with Patch 1.0.4.1 there are still old stages, what should i do?

Do you also install the stages? Extract them to CM_Stages with the right name?

If i dont use the patch 1.0.4.1 then i have the right stages, put when i use it there are wrong stages, i have the stages in CM_stage folder.

A patch is not going to add or remove stages from your game. They don't do that. Databases do. If stages are removed, make sure that you're using the same database as you did before the installation of the patch.

But in game i need to synchronise the game with the patch or for working patch?

No.
You just synchronise if you play with the official Cyanide database,
But you probably play with another DB like PCM Daily DB. Then you don`t synchronise.
Otherwise you might crash your save game.
