I passed my final exams (YAY!) and now my parents want to give me something for that. I'm thinking of asking a Dell Inspiron 620 ST desktop computer but my main question is will that thing be able to run PCM '12?

My dad didn't want to buy one from the internet, so what do you think, will a ASUS Essentio CM1730-NLCH20 with AMD Phenom II X6-1065T • 8 GB • 1 TB • NVIDIA GeForce GT530 (2 GB) be able to pcm'12 quite smooth?
8 GB = RAM
1TB = Storage room
EDIT: if this one is better I could also buy this: MEDION Akoya P5372 E with Intel Core i5-3450 • 6 GB • 1,5 TB HDD • NVIDIA GeForce GT545 (3GB)

I'd even say you're overpowered.
You should be fine with both choices. I'd go for the bigger GFX card, though.
