Editing Tips: Race Inscriptions

For this guide i will use the Hannes Convertor 2.0, available for download from this site, by going to the downloads section or clicking HERE!!

All you need to do, is download that pack and open it up. Once open you need to click the button on the top left (it looks a bit like a plug). This is where you will select your database, that you wish to edit.

You will need to open up 3 tables for this process. They are STA_race, DYN_team and DYN_team_race (to open them both use Ctrl+click)

1. Firstly we will need to find the race you wish to edit your team's inscription status in. To do this we need to open STA_race.

2. Locate the name of the race you want to edit your subscription to, and note the number in the column "IDrace", by writing it down or memory.

3. Now open up DYN_team, search for your team an note down the number in the column "IDteam".

4. You can now close that table and open up DYN_team_race.

5. Search for the race, using the number you noted, by looking under the column "fkIDrace", and then locate your team's row using the team ID you noted down in step 3.

6. "fkIDinvitation_state" is the important column and depending on what status you wish to choose out of:

1	Invited	INVITED
2	Asking wildcard	ASKING_WILDCARD
3	Subscribed	SUBSCRIBED
4	Rejected	REJECTED
5	Not interested	NOT_INTERESTED
6	Given up	GIVEN_UP
7	Asking invitation (for human only)	ASKING_INVITATION
8	Will subscribe (for human only)	WILL_SUBSCRIBE
9	Not invited	NOT_INVITED
10	Forced	FORCED

- the ones in bold are the options you would choose if you wanted to participate.
- the ones underlined are the options you would choose if you didn't want to participate.
- the ones in italics are the options you would choose if you weren't fully sure yet.

Whichever option you would like to use, put the corresponding number (on the left of option) into the box, in your teams row, under the column "fkIDinvitation_state".

7. Save using the button at the bottom of the screen, then the button at the top (looks like a floppy disc), select which savegame to overwrite then when the window appears showing the tables you opened, make sure you click on the ones you have edited before click OK, otherwise no effects will be noticed.

What can we do if there is no entry in the DYN_team_race table for the Team id and race id?

Will a patch be released that will correct this bug (milan-San Remo)? Because I can't seem to get it fixed with the Hannes Convertor.

When I open DYN_team_race I get a blanc sheet. I only have to fill in the numbers of the race and my team and the fkIDinvitation_state? Then save?
